[討論] 膽固醇偏高
今年9月公司做了例行性的健康檢查,我的總膽固醇竟然194(去年是174)
三酸甘油酯63,平常的飲食早餐都是饅頭夾蛋.蔬菜蛋堡及蔬果三明治,
再配上無糖麥片,午晚餐大部分都是吃五穀飯配蔬菜類,有時假日會去
吃大餐,沒有吃宵夜習慣,平常很少喝飲料都是白開水為主,每天都會跑步半小時
再加一些伏地挺身之類的室內運動,今年28歲身高173體重67,體脂率17,
請問有甚麼方法可以降我的膽固醇?
