[討論] 游泳後喝無糖豆漿和牛奶的替代品?
我每天都有游泳1小時的習慣
游完後看到許多文章都說補充蛋白質可增強肌肉的生長
加強新陳代謝,有助於脂肪代謝
(有的文章看到的是補充碳水化合物)
但問題是我是一個嚴重頻尿的人
白天1個小時上一次,晚上睡眠期至少要3~4次
而我游完泳都大概8點半左右了..再喝個300CC的牛奶後
導致我現在睡眠期間要起來上5~6次廁所
對於我的睡眠真的大受影響
所以想請問除了液體的蛋白質或碳水化合物外
還有沒有什麼是固體適合補充的呢?
