減肥常常聽到吃太多太少或運動不夠
好像很少聽過運動過量
開始減肥兩個月來
也許本來就喜歡運動
所以不懂怎麼決定休息 常常筋疲力盡還是去健身房
請問大家都是每週固定某幾天休息還是累了就休息?
運動過量有可能會有什麼後遺症嗎?

每週運動 (括號一起為連續)
Mon: (健走 6km/hr 40 min) + (皮拉提斯 1hr + 核心訓練 30min + HIIT 30min)+ (
網球 40min)
Tue: (健走 6km/hr 40min) + (HIIT 30 min + 拳擊 30min)
Wed: (慢跑 9km/hr 15min + 飛輪 45min) + (健走 6km/hr 40min)
Thurs: (健走 6km/hr 40min) + (HIIT 30 min + 拳擊 30min)
Fri: (慢跑 9km/hr 1hr) + (健走 6km/hr 30 min)
Sat: (慢跑 9km/hr 40 min + HITT 30 min + 瑜珈 90 min)
Sun: (有氧舞蹈 45min + 核心訓練 15min) + (健走 6km/hr 30 min)
這樣是剛好還是過量?
ps 時間是滿多的哈哈
