[減肥] 遭朋友批評的身材該如何是好? >< (附圖)

午餐:一菜+一肉+一碗白飯+水果,或是三菜一肉的便當。
晚餐:只吃菜與水果,不吃飯。
日常作息時間:12點多睡,7點多醒來,睡眠品質不太好,
中間會醒來1,2次,已經很久沒辦法一覺到天亮。

我的問題:
遭朋友不斷嫌棄身材,被批評腿不夠細不夠結實,
感覺越來越沒自信,覺得自己很差。 ><
體脂跟其他女生比起來非常高,不知現在的運動與飲食習慣能否降體脂,
希望大家能給我意見,不想再被嫌棄了,非常謝謝 ><
