[討論] X-bike好累~
圓Po從6/1開始減肥,每天跳鄭多燕2-3片,一周跳5-6天
7/1號測量時發現體重降低1.7公斤,體脂降低0.8%(過重高體脂人~淚)
感覺瘦超慢的!!!
爬文之後發現大家說鄭多燕是微雕 若是瘦體脂會很慢
(周遭人說瘦很多 而且體型曲線美很多 低頭捏著自己的肥肚~無言中)
所以想說部分改踩X-bike跟鄭多燕輪替
結果剛剛試踩當了有一年半衣架的X-bike(臥式)
抗力調3衝轉速38-40 才踩5分鐘就累到不行噴汗休息
忽然對自己一個月跳鄭多燕的體力感到質疑!!!
請問依這狀況,我應該要怎麼調整X-bike的訓練計劃
還是我應該鼻子摸摸繼續回去我上個月的鄭多燕計畫呢?
到底要怎麼搭配比較好呢?
希望版友教教我~~~
