[討論] 跑步的爽度一直減少
想請問各位大大
關於跑步跑到一個程度會出現腦內啡這種事情
一開始跑5KM的時候,就出現了
會感覺到很愉悅
後來過了一陣子,5KM就只覺得累、流汗,但是就沒有那種愉悅感
如果又增加跑到7、8KM,才又出現
但是一樣,過一陣子就沒了
後來跑10KM的時候又出現
一開始訓練跑半馬
平常可能都只跑5KM 一周才跑一次10KM
就只有10KM的那次覺得 "阿跑得好爽"
後來速度比較OK,又比較有時間
跑10KM的次數增加,就覺得10KM得爽感也消失了
要跑到更多...
可是,哪有時間常常跑那麼長的距離
一跑就跑一兩個小時,根本就沒那麼多時間...
後來跑步的開心程度就下降了
現在都有點懶得跑
請問大家有沒有遇過這種狀況?
