[討論] 運動健身行程請益
最近開始帶朋友一起運動,
但因為本身都按照自己的身體狀況來練習,
不知道怎樣排行程比較好,
所以上來請各位大大幫忙,
自己平常一天分為三段,一段兩小時(看情況但都會大於1小時)
早上=2小時,跑一個多小時後留15分鐘拉筋,收操
午飯-晚飯間= 重訓,主要是腹部,大腿和胸.但會隨情況改
之前會先跑幾圈暖身.
晚上=跟早上差不多,跑步然後拉筋.
或其他有氧運動
如果帶新手的話
這樣的行程會不會太多,應該改哪些比較好?
