[討論] 醫生說騎室內腳踏車會讓下盤變大....

小妹在一月的時候買了一台X-BIKE,騎了大約三個月後,情況如下:
1.剛開始騎約30分鐘,一周約5次
阻力4,轉速沒在看
當時抱著主要運動健身,附加減肥效果的心態
我只記得我看卡洛里表大約350(我知道這是歡樂卡洛里表)
2.過了一個月,來到本版之後
把阻力調到3,轉速維持在30
發狠每天騎一小時,只有偷懶過兩三次
可是體重沒變輕反而變重(看過精華區說初期體重會變重)
朋友說我的小肚腩有緊實了一些
然後卡洛里表大約760~830(我知道這是歡樂卡洛里表)
重點來了...後來我去看中醫調身體談到生活作息
醫生跟我說最好不要騎X-BIKE了 除非我想要下盤變壯= = 這是問題一
還說他認識很多女生就是這樣屁屁變大大腿變粗等等諸如此類
然後強者我朋友說:那你站著騎X-BIKEㄚㄚㄚㄚ
後來我才知道這叫做飛輪.....把X當成飛輪騎真的可以嗎????!!!!---這是問題二
雖然他是中醫師、也不知道是不是言之鑿鑿的關係,
從他講過之後我好像也感覺我的屁屁跟大腿有"壯"的感覺
所以我已經有半個月不太敢騎X-BIKE了...還請高手強者幫小妹釋疑
因為就是不想去外面吹風跑步才買腳踏車的啊!!!!
