[討論] 減肥跑步剛跑 膝蓋會痛正常嗎?

自己覺得太胖想減20KG
利用飲食控制 早午正常吃 不喝飲料 晚餐吃菜不吃飯
+每天跑走40分鐘
之前沒運動習慣
最近剛開始跑 目前連走路膝蓋都會痛
讓我不太敢跑
是我跑步姿勢不對?還是單純缺少訓練?
我跑步是直接穿羽球鞋跑 前腳掌先落地
地點是人行道+柏油路
