[閒聊] 體重上飆T<T
挨有在運動啊
在學校會去健身房用stepper和crunch
stepper每次40分鐘強度10-11
crunch100 用器材
再自己仰臥起坐100
but體重現在一直上去
記得上次量的時候體重52
肌肉重38(好吧其實體脂頗高)
這樣挫折感好深耶
-覺得難過覺得肥
