[討論] 如果快走有用還需慢跑?
多虧板上的鄉民給的建議
現在開始相信快走體重掉的比較快
(鞠躬
但有個小問題耶
因為我本來是有習慣慢跑的
現在改成的運動習慣是
早上餐前
快走 40分 5公里
晚上
快走45分+慢跑25分 9公里
我想請問 我有需要增加慢跑時間嗎?
還是慢跑目前可以先停止?
直到痩到標準體重呢?
