運動新手
我是一個完全沒有運動習慣的人
之前靠著不正常方法瘦了12公斤
但是現在月經已經不來兩個月
開始逛這個版之後才瞭解運動的重要性
想請問各位如果剛開始只跑10圈200操場最外圈這樣會沒有效果嗎?
