[閒聊] 有點累,如何持續
為了夏天泳裝&在特殊場合穿小禮服,持續運動了四個月,
平日每天瑜珈20mins、x-bike40-50mins、電腦人三套或鄭多燕小紅帽30-40mins,
每週用七分速跑兩次6-7 km,好不容易在穿小禮服那時到了48.5kg/20.6%。
之後剛好情緒低落,垃圾食物連吃兩週、運動量也只有之前的四分之一,
剛剛一量,數字是被打回原形的50.3/23%(其實用皮尺量還是比原本進步啦)
原本隱約可見的馬甲線也消失。。。
不禁想想,為了體態更符合現代人的審美觀,
四個月內學語言、閱讀、玩遊戲的時間都被擠壓是否值得,
學語言及閱讀得到的知識可以被內化,讓人昇華;
但肌肉只要不動就消失、肥肉只要一不控制就長出來,先前的努力多付諸流水。。。
當然代謝及體力增強是好事,但對原本就健康的人,投資報酬率似乎有點低。
其次的壞事是容易嘴饞,心想“反正我運動了呀”,然後多吃,飲食費爆增.....
我並不是要否定運動,運動後的暢快感也讓我很享受,
只是想到投資報酬率不免有點鬱卒(馬甲線會耗掉我一堆閱讀及遊戲時間><),
再加上已無特別目標(不用穿小禮服了),頓時失去持續下去的動力。
請問板友們,若遇此狀況,會怎麼克服呢?
