[討論] 怎麼讓自己看起來壯但是不瘦
有一個問題一直困擾著我很久
就是我的臉一直以來都是胖胖的(嬰兒肥) 再加上很常水腫
但是腳卻很細 我是男生 所以看起來比例超怪的 一直都不敢穿短褲
之前的體重是75 身高178
慢慢的超過了30歲 體重增加到了88公斤 身體佔的比例變大
但是反而看起來整體比例正常多了 穿起衣服好看多了 不過肚子也變大了
看到一個節目說 肌肉比脂肪重很多 所以興起了健身的念頭
請問要怎麼練可以讓體重維持住呢 要配合什麼樣的飲食呢
現在穿上衣服看起來很正常 但是脫下衣服就是一個"胖"
怎麼練可以讓我變的很壯 但是又不會變瘦呢 可以做有氧嗎 還是做重量訓練就好呢
