[討論] 有辦法降低下半身的比重嗎?
之前勤練下半身的重量訓練 搞的現在大腿很結實很粗
不過現在想要增加游泳的優勢
下半身比重太高太沉了 比起下半身容易浮起來的人相對的會浪費很多力氣在上面
尤其就算有在踢水都像拖著鉛塊前進一樣
請問有什麼辦法可以讓下半身比重降低的訓練方法嗎?
之前測體脂機 下半身的體脂率好像是9% 肌肉量是56% (沒記錯的話)
只知道可以讓大腿變粗變壯 沒聽過讓大腿變細的變輕的
