體脂22% 其實看起來不胖
一個禮拜運動約三天,一次都一小時左右
前陣子有人問我運動的原因是什麼?
我說除了維持健康
就是為了吃更多的東西,享受美食
(減肥的朋友們看了不要生氣><)
因為這樣,我並沒有節制自己不能吃什麼?但還是盡量不吃高熱量跟吃到飽那種折磨人的事
有時候運動完也會吃東西
不知道這樣的心態是好還是不好?
