[討論] 勇渡日月潭,訓練強度?
最近跟閃光討論要勇渡日月潭,愛臺灣活動
所以打算訓練體力,這樣才不會半路被載回來
看了一下資料距離有3300
這禮拜我跑五公里,每個禮拜增加強度都一公里這樣慢慢加
請問這樣有幫助游泳的體力嗎?
因為游泳的錢真的會噴很凶
加上不太會游泳想用浮板一起渡過日月潭,所以腳的強度要比一般游泳高吧
請問我這樣訓練可以嗎?
