[問題] 跑步機的熱量表要扣多少才大約真實消耗?
這個月開始每天都是去健身房跑跑步機
之前有爬過文,這類健身器材熱量表幾乎都是快樂表
會高出真實消耗許多
所以想請問要扣掉多少才是大約的真實消耗??

體重大概在70.5~71.5間飄移(早/晚)

說真的,我一直很好奇,跑步機跑出來的距離,真的有跑那多嗎?
畢竟他是自己會動.....
