[問題] 有關練腹肌和減肥的順序
請教各位前輩
小弟最近想要來整理一下放縱很久的肚子
雖然不是說胖到無可救藥,但也積了不少的脂肪
爬文後了解應該先把脂肪減下來,不然只會把肚子
越練越大.....
但我的問題是減肥/減脂和練腹肌是否可以同時進行呢?
只是在想是否有稍微快一點的方法讓腹肌快一點重見天日
