看了幾篇深蹲的文章後想來練一下
不過不知道該從何練起
如果從一開始最基本的不負重做深蹲
是應該要(起立蹲下還慢,下去五秒,上來五秒大概類似這樣)多做幾下
還是應該慢慢蹲下,然後撐一段時間比如撐個十秒二十秒,然後再慢慢回復原站姿
哪個比較有效率呢??
