醫師說我喝太多水
一天喝三千左右就夠了
說太多水會妨礙腸子吸收消化所以肚子才沒法消
真的是這樣嗎
她說水喝多會中毒傷腎
可是看板上常常說多喝水
減肥不是也是說多喝水增加飽足感
我又很容易餓
那怎麼辦呢
另外一個醫師是說喝水沒關係
但是媽媽說她是不知道你喝那麼多水
水喝多到底有沒有關係
因為我平時在家每天都會喝湯湯水水的 如果做普通的運動也是會喝很多水
一個早上兩三千跑不掉
如果加上大杯飲料水果 我攝取的水分應該蠻多的
