[討論] 下樓梯時膝蓋會抖
今日去爬山時
上樓梯部分完全都沒問題
下樓梯時還有很多體力
但就是膝蓋會一直抖抖抖
到了平地一下還要腳跟先著地才不會抖
想請問這是何因素呢?大腿附近的肌肉太弱?
及要如何鍛鍊呢?深蹲嗎?
平常有在游泳,蛙式居多,目前持續一個禮拜
若一直持續每日游下去的話會改善嗎?
