[閒聊] 到底要運動多久, 體力才會變好?
我已經每周跑步2次
每次大概20分鐘
然後每周又游泳1次
大概游40分鐘慢慢游
當初會想運動是因為覺得體力很差
爬樓梯才2層樓就喘
平常白天也都昏昏欲睡
(當時已經快2~3年沒什麼規律運動習慣)
以上的運動我已經規律進行了3個多禮拜
但怎麼還是沒感覺到明顯的體力變好?
白天還是會沒什麼精神
爬樓梯也還是會喘
請問到底要運動多久才會有明顯的體力進步?

作息大概是晚上12點睡 早上6點起床 中午偶爾睡20~30分鐘
我會照大家的建議
加長慢跑時間
再過幾個禮拜再來評估成果
