[討論] 請問運動間隔該吃什麼才好?
有個問題想問問大家
在運動中,例如我去游泳後會有一點感到飢餓
但是接著可能又要去慢跑或其他運動,沒有辦法吃太多東西
常常思考要吃什麼東西會比較適合
通常都吃一條巧克力,但是又擔心熱量太高
不知道版友們都吃些什麼?
最近考慮換吃香蕉,不知道還有沒有其他推薦的食物
