[閒聊] 男生可以跳鄭多燕嗎? 會不會效果較差?
男生如果每天晚上跳一次鄭多燕
大約30分鐘
然後每個禮拜在加兩次簡單的重訓(伏地挺身+啞鈴)
之前是幾乎沒運動那種
走樓梯會喘
伏地挺身大約可以做5下
這樣的運動量持續2個月的話
可以達到好的效果嗎?
因為好像很少聽到男生在跳鄭多燕
都嘛是跑步游泳打球健身房
