我的身高、體重、體脂肪都還算標準。
因為之前體力很差,想運動強身,沒想到整個陷入上癮囧。
超想練出一身結實的肌肉,但是最近兩個月陷入瓶頸。
目前飲食不忌口,一天三餐、宵夜,外加一兩次點心。
不吃甜食、油炸品,少肉,但是會吃很多豆製品。
運動強度是每周三天慢跑2700m*30分鐘,兩天鄭多燕*30分鐘。
另外每天都會做仰臥起坐(80~90下)和一些上背運動。
目前的困擾是大腿根部內外側都還有一些肥肉,
還有夢幻的川字腹肌始終練不出出來嗚嗚。
希望有強者可以指導一下,感謝。
