[閒聊] 減脂肪,還是減到肌肉?
半夜睡不著 突然想到的一個問題 "^^
如果按照fitness版的分析
有氧運動才會減到難減的脂肪
否則,如果減重的概念不對
減到的都是肌肉 一大吃大喝 又容易復胖起來
那問題來了...
為什麼我小腿那些萬惡的肌肉,都不先被消滅啊? ( ̄□ ̄|||)a
