[問題] 原地跑步
雖然最近晚上都有去外面快走or騎腳踏車的習慣
但偶爾也想晚上前運動一下
(增加運動時間)
但是出門又怕曬..
家裡又沒有運動器材
請問如果我在房間原地跑步
一樣有達到有氧的話
也是有效果的嗎?
