[討論] 關於重訓的問題
大家好,
我是剛接觸重訓一周的新手(女生).
本來是想靠重訓+有氧來減脂.
但是開始接觸重訓後卻覺得很有趣,做的時間甚至比有氧還多(☆_☆)
想請教大家一下:
最近教練帶我做一項訓練肩膀那附近肌肉的器材(不知道名稱)
雙手要握住手把,往頭的方向向上推,再收回來.
雖然教練已經調到最輕的重量了,可是我還是做了7.8下就很痛苦.
這樣是代表肌力太差嗎?
是否只能靠多練習這個動作來改善呢?

發現自己的上半身很弱之外,
下半身也是有待加強...常常做到第3組的第7下左右就感覺不行了..
快哭出來( ̄□ ̄|||)a
好遜阿我.....不過跟自己的身體對話的感覺真的很不錯:)
