我作的仰臥起坐是一般大家從小作到大的姿勢,
我是有墊瑜珈墊,但最近也開始遇到尾椎部份的皮膚磨到會痛的問題…
所以來些尋求一些解答 ^^

以第一段影片的作法來說,真的是 "難度卻也高.效率也高" 嗎?
因為我稍微試作幾下好像沒啥感覺…
還是作的時候還有啥地方要注意? 腹部要一直ㄍㄧㄥ住嗎??
又想到一個問題,順便問一下
其實我一開始是照那個六分鐘練腹肌的影片練的

可是作了不到二週,我腰就受傷了…
所以後來不敢再作,就換單純一點的仰臥起坐而已
我在想可能一開始肌力太差硬練所以造成傷害 @@?
運動一陣子後又在想要不要再回頭練這個
不知大家對這六分鐘練腹肌裡的作法推不推諫?
