[討論] 請問這算是有氧運動嗎?(健康操)
板上的前輩大家好:)
最近默默的在這裡爬了許多文,想靠有氧運動的方式來減脂,不過因為沒有太多時間學
新的有氧舞蹈,而且剛作會不熟練,所以就想到了以前國中高中跳的健康操^^"
因為以前班上要參加健康操比賽,所以練得非常熟,不需要重新學習。
而且滿多動作看起來跟板上分享的一些有氧舞蹈影片非常類似,
所以我想可能也可以替代?

問題來了,我這幾天都有照著跳,很快的就恢復記憶,也留了一身汗。
跳了兩個禮拜左右掉了兩公斤(不過因為中間有碰到腸胃炎所以有幾天吃得少)
但是板上說有氧運動要持續30分鐘,可是高中版一次才六分鐘,國中版一次也才六分半
加起來約12分鐘左右,所以我想請問各位前輩該怎麼搭配比較好呢?
目前我的方法是高中國中交錯各跳三遍,這樣就會有將近40分鐘,不過這樣很奇怪的地方
是,幾乎每六分鐘就從暖身到有氧運動到收操重做一遍,而不是從一開始暖身持續有氧到
最後收操,這樣子能達到一般有氧舞蹈的效果嗎?
另外,再請問這樣的健康操動作裡面有肌力訓練的部分了嗎?
還是仍然需要搭配輕度的重量訓練才會有比較好的減脂效果而不減到肌肉呢?
如果有任何不正確的觀念請大家不吝指教
