[閒聊] 三餐老是花椰,老爺老爺老爺 囧
我現在上班的地方,有壹個同事
天天,壹個禮拜七天老是綠花椰菜
也就是說他每天三餐各燙一顆綠花椰菜
他說這樣熱量非常低
我看他短時間下來也真的瘦了很多
但是總感覺吃這麼少,我應該會昏倒Or2
想請問大家有沒有使用過這樣的方式瘋狂減肥呢?
他說是因為下禮拜哥哥結婚,要趕著瘦身才會用這麼「激進」的方式
我知道花椰菜100公克的話,熱量大概是31卡左右
又,想請問一顆綠花椰菜大概有多重呢?謝謝
不知道這樣的方式是不是真的適合那種短期需要瘦身很多的人使用呢?
當然我可想而知復胖的機會應該也是蠻大的@_@
