[討論] 上班時間實在太長,沒辦法有足夠的睡眠時間怎辦?
因為自己是經營餐廳
每天都要至少12點多才能夠到家
而且至少兩點才能入睡
隔天又必須八點半起床準備出門上班
以我這麼少的睡眠休息時間
是不是不太能夠成功瘦下來呢?
可否請教各位前輩們有何好方法?
