[減肥] 體重停滯不前...

三餐內容
早餐:幾乎都是早餐店的蔥抓餅+一份小薯+一杯中冰奶
午餐:兩顆粽子or自己煮乾麵+水煮蛋
晚餐:晚上有運動的話就考四片奶油吐司+一杯牛奶
沒有的話幾乎就兩碗飯 三道菜(1.高麗菜or波菜2.香腸or雞塊3.菜圃蛋)
日常作息時間:日夜顛倒,常常三四點才睡得著,這個禮拜比較正常大概12、1點就會
開始昏睡了(可能是運動量突然增加...)
生活型態:目前是延畢學生 研究所等備取狀態
運動習慣:考完研究所後體重胖了將近十公斤...
五月中開使下定決心減肥
五月中~月底:幾乎維持兩天就去慢跑一次 幾乎會跑4000公尺 跑不動也會快走完
這段期間朋友的當兵餞別 聚餐 飯局很多...只能盡量維持體重不變
六月開始~現在:維持一天去健身房一天游泳
去健身房會先踩30~40分鐘的腳踏車 LEVEL3
游泳還算是新手 大概游個400~500公尺 中間累會休息(不超過五分)
晚上會做仰臥起坐15下1組 共3組
我的問題:請問是飲食出了問題嗎...兩週下來少說體重應該也要0.X在變化吧,運動還
是會持續,只是想請各位專家幫我看看哪邊出了問題= =好想趕快擺脫掉肥肚
....
