[減肥] 重訓可以每天做嗎
小弟是30歲上班族
下班後都會跑去健身房慢跑和重訓
自己有點駝背
所以每天都會做加強背肌的重訓
只是不知道每天做加強背肌的重訓
會不會對駝背有效或對身體有傷害
