[閒聊] 關於跑步強度
我現在每個星期都會晚上跑步
一週平均四次左右
想請問
跑 45min 平均時速 7.5~8.5 大約都跑 5000 公尺以上
消耗 400 ~ 450卡以上(跑步機上顯示)
這樣以一個男生來說 強度夠嗎?
目的是 減脂 (目前體脂率 17.4%)
(跑了七週 體重都沒降! 本身只有肚子肥肉多!)
之前有嘗試跑9.0km/hr 但是大都跑不久就調降!
想再降體脂 是否要強度再增加才有明顯效果?
