[討論] 有關有氧運動時間的問題
現在大家的概念都是 持續的有氧運動才能達到燃燒脂肪的效果
不過我剛剛在網路上面看到一篇台大醫網2000年的文章
裡面提到
做一次運動與分次短時間運動其效果是相同的,
例如:一次慢跑30分鐘與三次加起來30分鐘的效果其實是一樣的。
這個和我本來的認知有很大的差別 所以我想要請問一下板上的各位前輩
這個論點目前還是成立的嗎?
