[討論] 跑步完喝豆漿,小腿會變超壯?囧
之前有次跟念警專的弟弟一起去跑步
跑完之後我說要喝豆漿
但是我弟卻說,教練跟他們說,這樣小腿會變很粗壯
因為跑步時用到的是腿部的肌肉
蛋白質會去修補剛剛用過的肌肉
所以跑步完喝豆漿會讓小腿越來越粗壯
囧
聽起來好像很有道理...
請問板上的先進們,真的是這樣嗎?
警專的教練應該不會唬爛吧?
