The Giants are not seriously considering Pablo Sandoval a possibility
for catcher.
If it even is to happen it is at least several weeks away if not more.
The Giants want the best possible option behind the plate for
their pitching staff as well as keeping him healthy.
For what it is worth Sandoval has yet to play a rehab game behind the plate
so fantasy owners hoping for catcher eligibility shouldn't get their hopes up.
