[心得] Audi 4.0TFSI

先承認自己是VAG粉絲
但對於近幾年歐系渦輪引擎設計,小弟還是不得不推BMW 4.0TT
把兩顆渦輪塞在V型引擎夾角,這是少見的設計...
當初在3.0TFSI發表時,4.0TFI風聲甚囂塵上
BMW推出4.0TT後,小弟很想瞧瞧,VAG日後渦輪引擎要玩啥把戲
原文落落長,有興趣的可以自己去連結 這裡指針對highlight拿出來討論
3.0TFSI整合了Easton TVS機械增壓和水冷,全部塞在V型夾角
這回4.0TFSI採用兩顆Twin-scroll渦輪,同樣整合冷卻器 並配製在夾角內
然後再把增壓後的氣體,由前端膠料導管拉到左右進氣側
別於BMW,BMW從引擎前端還是很明顯看到兩個冷卻器...
缸內直噴依然是VAG慣用的Wall-guided
再來是四缸模式
這可以算是Audi Valvelift System再進化!!
打從2.0TFSI、2.8FSI以來,利用AVS系統達成可變揚程
這回AVS基礎上,多了一道“惰凸輪"設計,當電磁閥將滑套移到相對位置
搭配ECU斷油斷點火,相符相成了汽缸關閉模態

亂論:小弟在四輪業界混飯吃
技術層面來說,VAG在八缸渦輪引擎又小勝一籌
先撇開品牌情節、自然進氣與渦輪增壓的優劣...
又要馬兒跑 又要馬兒不吃草,就是當今各廠互相角力的地方
VW已經確定這套AVS,將下放在1.4TSI
四缸變兩缸的結果,我看成本又提升不少
大集團的好處,Benltey、VW受惠外...搞不好哪天12缸牛變六缸
