另外，倒裝的部分，常見的 than is 用法長醬：
It requires more extensive testing than is currently underway.
分析下去，這邊的 than 是 conj，也就是說他省掉了主詞，還原的話變成：
It requires more extensive testing than it is currently underway.
套回原句，想不通，或者是其實很常見只是我不知道？
