[請益] 請問書中這段話的意義

disruptions.
1.請問第二段話的意思，雖然單字個別拆開來看都知道，但是不知整句的涵義。
2.第三段話我試著翻譯，但是語意不通順，能告訴我哪裡理解錯誤了嗎？
(另一個法律上有效契約的價值在於分散風險，
包含契約訂定時不能執行的風險，
或是違反現存法律或規章、
或因為不可預見的干擾必須負擔義務。)
