19. Roman law is one of the greatest systems ______ ever existed.
聯招會公布的答案是(C) that has，很多人主張(D) that have 也應該給分。
雙方都引經據典，所以其實英美文獻&文法書也沒有一致的用法。
湯廷池教授有特別撰文敘述這一事件。他認為兩種答案都該給分。

: 有人說答案是A 想知道為什麼C不能選
: 然後B不行是因為要限定 可是為什麼呢QQ?
這題要耳鼻喉科的醫生才知道正確答案。
如果內耳的傷害有些是reversible，那答案就是A/C.
如果內耳的傷害全部都是reversible，那答案就是B.
