小弟因最近要換工作，重新修改自己的英文自傳
有請一位朋友指導並參考先前的文章
完成自傳後也念過幾遍
希望版上的老師們能看看有什麼大問題

It's my pleasure to introduce myself. My name is XXX. Speaking of my
personality, I can get along with people very well and like exploring
knowledge. I learned a lot from my parents and sisters such as positive and
logical thinking, responsible attitude. They inspired me to pursue my goal
and don't give up, it helps me could take challenge in my life.
My major is Mechanical Engineering. Since 2010, I served as engineer of
Design Dept. in XXX in Hsinchu. I was in charge of elevator decoration and
can work independently within six month. In this position, the program of
manufacturing, the concept of designing and efficient communicate with
departments is very important. This experience presented a great opportunity
to enhance my problem solving and coordinating skills. Moreover, I realized a
good designer should balance quality, time and cost.
When I examine my work, I found if we could do well educated to our client
clarify the query at the beginning then we could avoid wasting the coming
issues and cost down the expense. There's a chance in 2014, I went to Japan
with manager for business trip. Japanese's conscientious attitude and
advanced system on their work is very impressive. Although I already build up
the standard operation procedure for work, it excites me to integrated the
system and improve whole teams' working performance.
I work with enthusiasm and efficiency. Besides spending a lot of efforts in
studying English, in my spare time I take project and management courses to
equip my skills. I believe I could make great contributions to your
corporate. It would be a pleasure to meet with you at your convenience to
