You need to prepare these ingredients: -Two eggs -One scallion (chopped and separated into white segments and green segments) -Five plums -Rice left overnight, has to be cold 1. Scramble the eggs and set it aside in a bowl 2. Fry the white scallion in your pan 3. Put the rice into the pan 4. Add the scrambled eggs in 5. Season with some salt and add in the plums 6.
