文法上確實鮮少見到這樣的用法。若光從上下文以及commit原本的字義上來看，
他想表達的應該是「下定決心、絕對…………」的意思。
在考試的時候這樣寫當然會被認為是錯的，不過人家如果要在口語或隨性寫的
文章裡這樣用，誰也管不了他。
