今早看到經濟學人的一段話
但不懂是什麼意思:
Singapore has flourished in part because of the failings of the rest of its
region. Rather as Hong Kong’s prosperity was based on being Chinese but not
entirely part of China, so Singapore is in South-East Asia, but not of it.
從rather as那邊開始就看不懂了.
這裡的rather as是什麼意思呢？
整句話始終參不透意思啊..
