第一個括弧，因為前後文主詞都是相同的fire officials，所以用分詞構句省略
分詞構局的用法就是把主詞和連接詞省略 動詞變Ving
這就是Adding的由來 這在文章中超級常見 如果能夠學到，對英文寫作將是
非常大的突破 但要注意 一定要主詞相同 如果主詞不相同老外一定也看不懂
第二個括弧就不用多說了 那就是基本的國中文法
