很多(銀行的)雇員/職員會從 邊際貢獻率(contribution單一詞在會計似乎上沒有唯一
的定義，所以我從此句的上下文推測它指的是 contribution margin levels)去決定
是否要成立基金（去投資/投入此產品/服務/etc)

上的心力時間跟開銷，還要加上夠高的的投資報酬率(ROI)。
在計算出應付雇員所有的薪水後，企業決策者（或擁有者）必須要把為未來一年定下的
銷售利潤金額目標轉換成應達到的銷售量數字。
我覺得第一個Return它是指return on equity（
又稱 股權收益率 、 股本收益率 或 股東回報率 或 股東報酬率，簡稱 ROE ）
