2. since 不是接某一時間點, 然後都跟現在完成式搭配嗎?

覺得ABD都講得通阿,為什麼只能選D

D. got married
1.原以為since是接某一時間點, 也可以加動詞?
2.不曉得為什麼選D,前面是現在完成式,後面接過去式?
(C) The meeting would have been over on time, but George ____ with his long financial report.

C. held us up
D. should have held us up
